After 2 years and 2 months. Im still facing the same issue which was resolved. Otherwise its good. It will get repaired i think. Im adding this review after 1year and 4 months. The mixer works very good till now. There was a small issue but i called preethi customer care and the technician solved it. Every function is working very fine. And for my first impression review read below: i got this product just today and its my first review on this product. 1) look is good 2) stable base with rubber suction support, so grip is good 3) all the parts and utensils with it are in good condition 4) just now done with atta kneading, apple milkshake and groundnut chutney. Every task was so easy and took just 1-2 minutes. Before buying this product i was confused due to some reviews which said that the product was broken and there were not so much reviews, but i finally decided to buy it and my all doubt's were cleared. Please see the photos so that you can understand it clearly. For now, First impression is good...and i will upload another review after few months regarding the performance.

Quality not as expected compared to the price, looking nice grinding is quick. One suggestion, for speed changing, 4 step is better than 3, because when grinding batter it is jumping quickly with more sound. So arrange the first speed mode is little slow is better for heavy mixer grinder

Very Very Happy with P Z 2.0 . I feel it would have been more useful if they would have 2 grater blades i,e 1 big size and 1 small size grater. We got only one grater blade big one in this pack . Otherwise it's a wow !! 😃

After 15 years i recently upgraded from old preethi version to the new preethi version i.e., Zodiac 2.0. Thats the brand value of PREETHI.. Build quality and performance is awesome.. Safety features also included.. Overall a good package for indian type of cooking style.
