Excellent product, I purchased through online Velora online store warranty card not signed by any authorised person. My question is if any problems arise in the future what to do ?

Machine works fantastic with below pros and cons. Putting this review after using it for 15 days Pros: 1) wash quality is very good when you put powder manually from top otherwise(powder through tray) clothes come out with some black line/powdered water line 2) You can add extra clothes in between 3) Individual wash/rinse/spin is available with Normal wash 4) Child lock 5) No noise. Entire process in machine doesn't let anyone outside that it's ON and washing clothes 6) It beeps after completion 7) Automatically takes water and all and wash nicely 8) Very less power consumption Cons: 1) Water consumption is more 2) You can't use just wash/rinse/spin along with wool/jeans clothes. When you select wool/jeans and want to wash for few more minutes, you have to stop and reset to normal wash otherwise it wash for 20 min, 20 min rinse and so on 3) No time option given for wash/rinse/spin individually. It decided automatically. In a way it reduces our efforts which is good but having time option is always a plus point 4) If you put powder from the cabinet given, clothes after wash and spin come out with lines(having powder/soil remained). Well quick solution to this is to put powder from top manually after you put your clothes inside drum before starting machine. This way wash quality is very good without any flaw.

machine is good but the same model have various variants so don't go by only reviews see the description for a particular variant

Pros: * Good for small family, clean and simple UI and easy to operate for old age people (specially if you are buying for father/mother/grand father/grand mother) * PAN India LG service, faster installation * 5 Star energy saving variant is good (my purchase is 5 star variant, and recommend the same) * Nearly no sound (sounds little and vibrates a bit during spin [#only during spin]) Cons: * Water pressure is little slow

Super intilgent machine.it is great machine with less buttons which is way convenient for elders or starters who will be easy to use.Just press power button and start button,rest machine is calculating load and it is automatically setting time needed and water needed to finish the wash. Wash quality is good and dry output is around 70%.

Product is great n worth for price. But the installation service was very bad. They kept postponing the installation and some of the guys from LG service center were very rude also. They suggested to return LG product but as a fan of LG I didn't. Finally after multiple follow ups it was installed. Yeshwanth kumar who came for installation was nice n very intelligent guy.
