Why there is this used one? So shame on you Velora online store my first purchase and this is how your ventors sells products? If you put an offer you can't reduce its quality like this, now I'm returning and when am I going to get a new one? First it already took a lot of days I wouldn't mind waiting till 25th but it's too much. I guess this is my last purchase too can't trust this Velora online store app. So bad. Also the temperature adjustment is not assigned with the arrow it's like starts from 350, 400 then goes back to 200 what's this worst product ever. I'm exchanging this product I need a new one.
