Actually My daughter was not short but I let her take this protein powder for the fast growth and As I expected the growth of my daughter's height had increased And I want to conclude and confirm that this protein powder is not for the increasement of height it's just for good growth and to reach their maximum growth this type of protein powder is just for the the growth of height of child faster and the protein powder is good I like it
